| Breezway Service Centres in Darwin & Perth |
On 1st June 2006, Breezway opened its first Service Centre, located in Winnellie, Darwin. The opening of our second Service Centre in Perth soon followed on 1st November 2006. The Service Centres will provide local facilities to our Northern Territory and Western Australian customers, to further improve the quality of our service, technical assistance and the support of sustainable design.
The Centres will stock the following products:
• 152mm Altair™ Louvre galleries in popular sizes and colours
• Louvre accessories in popular sizes and colours
• Easyscreen™ Surround Frames in popular sizes and colours
• Glass blades
• Fakro Access Ladders
In addition, our individually customised louvre windows are available from our Factory located at Coorparoo, Brisbane. This includes our range of glass, timber or aluminium blades, high performance paint finishes, our extensive clip and frame colour options, handle types and positions, security bars and key locks.

Brisbane Sustainable Home
In July this year, we saw the completion of the $650,000 double storey, Brisbane Sustainable Home under the Queensland State Government's Sustainable Homes project at Seventeen Mile Rocks. The house showcases a number of design features encouraging environmental, social and economic sustainability.
The project was based on the philosophy of passive design 'forest living' which replicates the natural ventilation and insulation present in a forest canopy.
Breezway Altair™ Louvre Windows were incorporated into the design to provide an energy efficient way to maintain a comfortable, stable indoor temperature. High ceilings and a clever thermal exchange system achieved with Breezway glass louvres in the roof, helped create this natural air-conditioning system.

| Altair Powerlouvre™ Window & Easyscreen™ Surround Frame Update |

 Over the last month, Breezway has been very excited by the keen interest expressed for the Altair Powerlouvre™ Window and the Easyscreen™ Surround Frame. Both will be available in Australia on 19th January 2007 (other countries to follow soon after this date).
Beautifully designed with no external handles, bars, motors or rods present, the Altair Powerlouvre™ Window is ideal for high, out of reach locations. Easy to operate with the flick of a switch, blades can be stopped in any intermediate position.
The Altair™ Powerlouvre Window will be available in the new Easyscreen™ Surround Frame, which replaces the 117 Surround Frame and features a convenient, integrated insect screen housing.
Automating windows has never before been made so easy, as Breezway offers a simple solution, to window automation requirements, doing away with the need to co-ordinate multiple suppliers and tradesman.
