| Fakro Skylight Acoustic Test Results |
|
 On 21st November 2006, Breezway's Fakro Fixed and Opening Skylights were accredited with high level acoustic test results of 35 and 36 dB. These readings are an important requirement as councils are starting to insist on higher noise attenuation levels in areas affected by traffic and aircraft noise. Breezway Fakro Fixed and Opening Skylights are therefore the highest acoustically rated double glazed Skylight on the market. In addition to this, these outstanding results are very difficult and expensive to match so we are very proud to be able to offer our customers such high quality products at value-for-money prices.

| High Performance Paint Finishes | |
 In August 2006, Breezway was granted formal certification to apply both Interpon Ultriva and Dulux Duratec paint finishes to our Altair™ Louvre Window blades, galleries and surround frames (excluding clips and handles).
Powder coatings are a great way to enhance the aesthetic appeal of architectural aluminium in residential and commercial developments. When applied correctly, their performance is guaranteed to act as a safeguard to the investment property and the environment, especially in exposed coastal locations.
The lead time for these finishes is 10 days. However, Breezway do supply stocked “Warranty Finish Colours” on a 5 day lead time.

| Altair Powerlouvre™ Window & Easyscreen™ Surround Frame Orders | |
On 19th January 2007, we started production of the new Powerlouvre™ Window and Easyscreen™ Surround Frame. The beautifully designed Powerlouvre™ Window has a superior appearance with no external handles, bars, motors or rods present. The Easyscreen™ Surround Frame replaces the 117 Surround Frame and features a convenient, integrated insect and security screen housing.
The change-over between frames ran smoothly and we are all very excited to be able to present you with the first orders to roll off the production line.
The first Easyscreen™ Surround Frame order was successfully constructed and inspected by our General Manager and Operations Manager before it set off to Trend Windows, Brisbane.
Soon to follow was the first Powerlouvre™ Window order (Pearl White Gloss finish) from Boral Window Systems in Townsville to be presented in a home which incorporates the latest technology including a C-Bus automation system. This home is an inspiring and stimulating project profile that will be followed closely in the coming months, so stay tuned to the Breezway Bulletin for a complete review.

| The new price list for our Fakro Skylights and Access Ladders is now available to download from our website at http://www.breezway.com.au/pdf/ALSL_Pricelist_104.pdf The price list includes model dimensions and diagrams for both products and includes our new Fakro Roller Blinds (Beige Blockout) for Fixed Skylights. The blinds are a great accessory for the skylight and provides the home-owner with an opportunity to block the sun out if required.  This six hectare property was built to reflect tropical living and to capture the surrounding heritage of the Daintree Rainforest. The project incorporates copious amounts of timber louvres to minimise the need for air conditioning and help achieve the sense of a tropical retreat away from city life. Altair™ Louvre Windows were also primarily integrated because they are able to provide privacy, sun control and eliminate the need for curtains.
