Marchese Partners were the appointed architects for this project. Their attention to detail has resulted in a sophisticated residential and mixed-use development that is situated on Wharf Road in Gladesville.

The building is seven storeys high with a coffee shop, medical centre and retail shops occupying the ground floor as part of the Wharf Road Public Plaza. Above this are high-end apartments that transform the area into attractive, yet affordable place to invest in on Gladesville’s best waterfront street.

The design of the building exhibits architectural excellence, incorporating innovative products including the use of Breezway Louvre Windows into the exterior of the building. The use of Breezway Louvres with the Stronghold System create wintergarden areas for occupants to enjoy all year round, especially in winter with protection from the elements. The design of the Altair Louvre with the Stronghold System provides uninterrupted views out onto the surroundings. When closed, this application also provides a primary barrier to external noise so occupants can live comfortably in their apartment at any time of day.
