Sunshine Villa, Thai Inspired Residence

Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia

Situated in enviable Sunshine Beach, Queensland, this pavilion style home designed by Chris Clout separates its living areas into unique and stunning spaces. The symmetrical design of the main pavilion is led by an iconic apex reminiscent of its Thai predecessors, drawing the eye down its unique roofline to the luxurious curved outdoor pool and spacious terrace.

Explicit attention to detail and an unparalleled tropical aesthetic set the tone of this gorgeous Thai inspired residence.

The presence of stained timber and natural materials including Breezway Louvre Windows enhance the resort style theme. Breezway Louvres with timber blades in the bedroom provide privacy and ventilation, while large banks of Breezway Louvres with glass blades allow uninterrupted views to the outside.
