Tropical House, Resort Style Capturing Sea Breezes

Noosa Waters, Queensland, Australia

The owners of this lush tropical plot sought a home in a grand resort style to suit their prime position in Noosa Waters. Chris Clout from Chris Clout Design was given free reign over the whole design, where the owners stipulated only that they required four bedrooms with ensuites and a master suite separate from the rest of the house, a wing for entertaining, a large study and an open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

The design of the home is so spacious and shapely, it seems to turn on itself, such that visitors can lose themselves within the home and truly forget where they are.

In line with the tropical theme, Breezway Louvre Windows were selected as the window of choice as they open wide to capture coastal sea breezes for occupants to enjoy in this resort style home. Their sleek, architectural appearance also help make the home feel fresh and modern.
