Waverley Residence, Sustainable Family Home
Waverley, Sydney, Australia
The project concept was based purely on the movement of the sun, creation of internal views and outlook within the site, and capturing the prevailing and local breezes.
There is no single architectural concept or homogenised detailing throughout the project. The design is intentionally delivered as a sum of complex and beautifully detailed parts and challenges the notion of the singular architectural conceptual approach to contemporary architecture.
Breezway Altair Louvre Windows have been incorporated into the design to provide a balance between natural light and fresh air that helps create a comfortable environment for the whole family to enjoy.
