Contemporary, Sophisticated Bribie Home with Canal Views

This project has been designed by Robin Payne Building Design. The house expands on the client’s brief for a contemporary, sophisticated home that takes full advantage of the northerly aspect and views to the canal.
Breezway Louvre Windows are strategically incorporated into the design where full ventilation is required through the entire window opening. Beautiful outdoor views of the canal are maintained through the louvres with glass blades, whilst privacy is provided to those rooms or bathrooms where solid aluminium or frosted blades have been installed.
