Multi-level Apartments with Enclosed Balcony

Bankstown, Sydney, Australia
Designed by Tony Owen Partners, this spectacular Bankstown Apartment project is located on Chapel Road in New South Wales. The multi-storey project incorporates Altair Louvre Windows with the Stronghold System into the façade of the building to eliminate the need for balustrading. Ideal for use more than four metres above ground level, the Stronghold System has been specifically designed to mechanically retain blades so ventilation can be maximised while providing added safety to the entire window opening. Altair Louvres with the Stronghold System have been strategically placed on the corner of the building as a key visual feature. Being a high quality window system, Altair Louvres will provide protection from the elements and are restricted to comply with Fall Prevention requirements. Breezway Altair Louvre Windows were recommended to the Developer by the Architects at Tony Owen Partners due to their visually appealing aesthetics, the products full certification and compliance with Australian Standards, and Breezway’s strong reputation in the window industry. This project is still under construction and is expected to be completed early-2014. Architect – Tony Owen Partners www.tonyowen.com.au
