A defining feature of the project is its modern façade, composed of clear, toned, and spandrel glass elements that bring lightness and rhythm to the architecture. To complement this refined aesthetic, Breezway Altair Louvre Windows were incorporated throughout the building to elevate both comfort and performance.

Breezway Louvres provide residents with natural ventilation and control over light, air, and privacy, allowing each apartment to breathe. The ability to angle the louvre blades promotes crossflow ventilation, reducing the need for air conditioning and enhancing indoor air quality — a key consideration in high-density urban living.

With acoustically rated glazing and precision-engineered sealing, Breezway Louvres help create a peaceful interior environment, shielding residents from external city noise while maintaining a strong connection to the outdoors.
