Tropical Abode, Pole Home Renovation

This beautiful pole home was brought back to life with the addition of a new front entry, updated main bathroom and a 2 storey separate garage with media room above.
The original structure is connected to the new via the original deck.
The goal with this extension was to make the new appear as though it had always been there.
Breezway Altair Louvre Windows have been installed as they open wide to capture the tropical breezes to cool the indoor environment while reducing the need for air conditioning.
This project won the 2015 Master Builders award for Queensland in the category ‘Home Renovation/Remodelling Project up to $275,000’.
