Site service requests can only be submitted by Breezway distributors or window fabricators
Homeowners or builders should make contact with the company that supplied the windows.
Prior to raising a service request, distributors and/or fabricators must first inspect the product to try determine the cause of the reported issue. Please contact our Technical Sales Consultants for any technical advice. If a repair or warranty service by Breezway is required, please submit photos of the product.
If the Breezway service contractor finds that the reported issue is a result of product mistreatment/modification or incorrect installation then all charges will be applied to the purchaser/account holder.
