Contemporary Display Home Featuring the latest Innovation & Technology

The builder client engaged Tempus Design Studio to design their new Executive Living Homes contemporary Display Home, ‘Parkedge Abode’, in a boutique subdivision.
Located in Mackay, the home was to be designed for a modern family with all of the inclusions. This home features a well thought out and considered interior with custom cabinetry to enhance the homes appeal including four bedrooms, a child’s retreat, easy flowing kitchen, living and dining areas to accommodate a large family. A slightly elevated frontage meant the home could also boast grandeur from the front.
A range of products and materials were chosen for this project to showcase a variety of suppliers for all those who come to visit the Display Home. Materials were selected for their no maintenance requirements including Breezway Louvre Windows which display superior aesthetics and allow maximum ventilation in through the window opening to reduce the need for air conditioning systems. Other materials such as CSR Cemintel products were selected and Gunnersens fingerprintless technology for interior cabinetry, to showcase innovation to potential clients, and Eco Stone’s ‘Abyss’ stone was selected to the garage parapet wall to add a wow factor.
