Light & Airy Sunrise Beach Renovation Project
QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA
The Sunrise Beach project is an incredible renovation by Adrian Ramsay Design House. The kitchen area has been repositioned into the heart of the home to allow a more natural flow-through home design. By redesigning the kitchen layout and incorporating Breezway Louvre Windows, this entertaining space can now take in the outdoor views and natural breezes for the clients to enjoy.
It was also important for the clients to be able to connect with their outdoor surroundings but still have privacy while occupying the bathroom. Therefore frosted louvre blades worked perfectly for this. By adding Breezway Louvre Windows into the bathroom this allowed for masses of airflow, and helps the room to breathe and keep it dry, reducing any build-up of mould in wet areas.
Overall a stunning redesign making this home a more naturally comfortable living space for the homeowners to enjoy.
This project also won a Regional Building Designers Association of Australia award.
